We are working to become a carbon-neutral business, provide sustainable products and chart our progress against international benchmarks.

Our commitments

As a global company with a reputation for manufacturing excellence and reliable local distribution, HellermannTyton is focused on reducing the resources we consume and minimising the impact our operations have on the environment. We aim to advance sustainability through product innovation and collaboration with customers and partners. We are working to achieve carbon neutrality and to encourage and enable our employees to make positive differences to the sustainability of our environment and society through our business activities.

Our framework

The HellermannTyton sustainability strategy is divided into four focus areas:
People, Planet, Product and Governance.

We recognise the United Nations call to action to reduce inequalities, improve health and wellbeing and tackle climate change to protect our environment. Our sustainability framework and strategy is consequently aligned to 12 of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with focused targets and activities to support progress.

As a company operating globally, we take a consistent approach to the assessment and validation of our progress through external rating.
